WSA, Inc. established in 1986, strives to be the best manufacturer’s representative in the
Mid-Atlantic region, serving the Agricultural, Landscaping, and Lawn and Garden equipment industries.

Our goal over our years in business has been to build strong, lasting relationships with both manufacturers and dealers. We have over 27 years of service with one of our principals, 13 years with another, and over one hundred dealers whom we do business with on a regular basis.

In 1996, WSA, Inc. completed construction on a new office/warehouse building in Mt. Airy, MD. Mt. Airy is located off Interstate Route 70, in Frederick County, Maryland and is strategically located near the large Baltimore/Washington/Northern Virginia metropolitan market. In addition, Mt. Airy is only three hours from Richmond, VA, four hours from the growing Tidewater area of Virginia, and five hours from Roanoke, VA.

William Shyman, CPMR – President/Territory Manager

Bill-Shyman-140Bill has over 35 years experience in the industry including 7 years as the sales manager for a small manufacturer.

After forming the company in 1986, sales have continued to grow and the business has expanded from a corner office in the basement to the position we hold today in the marketplace.


Billy Good, CSP – Territory Manager

Billy-Good-140Billy has been involved in the Farm Equipment industry since 1986, working for several equipment dealers during that period as well as the Virginia Farm Bureau.

He is now in his 16th year with WSA, working on the wholesale side of the business. He holds the respect of his dealers with his willingness to help them in any way to make their business more successful.


Brooks Shyman – Territory Manager

Brooks is the new addition to our WSA team. He manages his own territory and excels in his understanding of the newest agricultural products on the market.

Kim Shyman – Office Manager

Kim works in the office to provide sales support for our outside salespeople as well as customer support for our dealers. She handles the day-to-day duties required in the office, including parts customer service, company mailings and communications, and sales lead follow-ups .

Kathy Kelly – Bookkeeper

Kathy works part time to handle the finance related needs of the business. Her ability to handle these duties allows the others to focus their efforts on sales and customer service.
